Returns & Refunds policy

I want you to feel confident in your purchase from Twambo Studio. If your piece isn't right for your space, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact twambostudio@gmail.com before shipping your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, with no damage, alterations, or signs of use.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• A return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Commissioned, custom, and personalized works are final sale. Earrings that have been worn or removed from their protective packaging are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Because each artwork is unique, I strongly recommend using a trackable and fully insured shipping service. Twambo Studio is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of its status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged Orders

Each piece is carefully packaged for shipment. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact twambostudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping box.

Please retain all original packaging while your claim is being reviewed. If damage occurred during shipping, Twambo Studio will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.
